Hi, I’m Ambre!
I have created Pimambre for people who love fashion, but hate the impact it has on our planet.
I design each garment in my little studio at home. I make each piece tailored to your body.
When making your garments, I use dead-stock, second hand and vintage fabrics, always aiming to reduce my carbon footprint. Additionally, each accessorie you see is made to order.
I started sowing and making garms since a very young age.
My grandmother sparked my fashion interest when teaching me how to saw on a tiny sowing machine. I started out sowing, tailored pockets, bags and skirts for myself.
I then started studying art design and pattern making at a private college in Paris.
Fashion and Vintage Fashion has always been a huge part of my life. I love to source clothes in thrifts stores and breaking fashion conventions by manipulated and reworking the garms.
In 2018 I spent over a year in Melbourne, studying the country’s culture, sourcing fabrics and second hand vintage fabrics to create my first collection in 2019.
A year later, I chose to launch my website.
I hope you like 👌🏼
